There is something like a second puberty being aged around 27 until 30. Many people finish studying and then often don't know what to do next. Some don't get a job, some think about travelling for some weeks, months or even years. Some start dating a bunch of people but fail because of demanding too high standards of the other one. Welcome to the generation Y. It feels so good to turn 30. Suddenly you realize how well you manage your life. There is no need to compete at any cost. The meaning of life is life itself.

I think the decline / shrink of the stamina was notable. I was totally if I work or study (in fact, be on a spree) when I was in twenties. But I felt gradually sleepy, listless, and to a frazzle. So I know, I am an uncle now.

Turning 30 is ok if you are happy with your life. That is just a number, indeed. But if you are not, then you may have things to worry about.

Nothing changes. Age is only a state of mind.

To me, there are three major problems:

    1. If you have not realized the goals you've set out for your "youth" - it's painful man.
    2. If everyone around you is turning into grumpy old men, having relationships with women they don't love.
    3. You might want to do stuff younger people normally do, but you will never be a "real" part of that age group again.

But it can also be a relief....turning 30 is something that can't be undone, you have to arrange yourself with the idea, that not everything is possible for you anymore.
