  • Dear Danes, I need your help!

Not so long ago, I started learning Danish language. There are not too much materials for learning Danish, but anyway I'm trying to do my best.
I found some exercises for Danish grammar, but it doesn't have answers, so I need your help. Can you tell me if you see any mistakes? Please? I will be very gratefull.

Here I had to put the correct word order and the correct form of adjectives.

    Sure, no problem...

    1) - Er I ledige i dag?
    - Nej, desværre, er vi ikke ledige, vi er optagede.
    The correct way to reply:
Nej, vi er desværre ikke ledige i dag (no need to add vi er optagede), OR you can say: Nej, vi er optagede i dag.

    2) - Er hun optaget i dag?
    - Nej, hun er ledig i dag.
This is a correct sentence. You could also say (especially in a verbal or online chat type of conversation):
    Nej, det er hun ikke.

    3) - Hvorfor er du nervøs?
    - Jeg er ikke nervøs.
    Correct sentence.

    4) De er meget lykkelige sammen.
    Correct sentence.

    5) - Er det langt?
    - Nej, det er ikke langt. Det er i parken.
The sentences are understandable, but it'd be more correct to say:
Er det langt væk? And: Nej, det er det ikke. Det er i parken.

    6) - Er butikken åben?
    - I dag er det søndag. Alle butikkerne er lukkede i dag.

Understandable, but the more correct way to reply would be:
Det er søndag, så alle butikkerne er lukkede i dag.

    7) Vejret er meget godt, derfor er vi i parken hele dagen.
The more correct way to say it would be:
Vejret er rigtig godt (i dag), derfor vil vi være ude hele dagen.

In Danish, we don't usually specify where, outdoors, we are going to be all day (especially because there is a possibility that you will move around and go to other places :P). We usually just say we will be out(side) all day...we only mention where, specifically, we are going to be if someone asks where we are going, or where we have been...
