Coming to Tallinn soon. I have a question

Hey folks. Could you tell me a few names of electronics stores, and especially some well known photography related shops (camera & lens) in Tallinn?

Euronics (http://www.euronics.ee/) is probably the largest and most popular electronics shop with many branches in Tallinn and other biggest Estonian cities. Another one is ONOFF (http://www.onoff.ee/). Photopoint (http://www.photopoint.ee/) mostly specializes in photography and cameras.

Guys! I have a question too. Can you help me in translating from Estonian? I am tourist-bicyclist. After a cycling marathon for 1000 kilometres around Estonia in June I want to pass my own single race on the cycling track in Pirita (Tallinn). Try to translate their web-site, http://www.piritaspordikeskus.ee/ , but anyway have some questions: 1. Any bicyclist can visit this cycling track or need to be a member of the cycling club? 2. Can russian occupants ride in this cycling track? 3. What price for entrance? For 1 hour or for 1 day? Have found different digits 4€, 18€, 32€... 4. Also, look for any timetable of competitions, which will take part on the cycling track. It seems me, individual person can come for training only in free days? Thanks
