  • Native Eng Speaker from Colorado greets you all!

    Hello everyone,

My name is Elliott and I am a 22 year old university student in my senior year doing Psychology. I made a career change to Information Technology as I love computers. My main hobbies are to game and watch shows (TV/Anime). I also love to be outside and hike in the Colorado mountains, meditate (Taoist/Buddhist) and hanging out with my friends. I am learning to program and I hope for one day to either go into Computer Security or become a System Administrator. I am living with my girlfriend of almost two years now and I am a happy pet dad to a cat, a gecko, and four rats. I want to travel the world and my primary languages of interest are Chinese (Mandarin) and Russian.

Everyone is free to talk with me! But I am mostly looking for Chinese/Taiwanese and Russian speakers who would like to do a language exchange and learn about each other's cultures. I am a very big PC gamer so I'd love to play games with anyone. However if you are not a gamer, no worries! I also love anime, philosophy, psychology, programming, visual art, and in general just learning about new things. Who knows? Maybe someone can introduce me to a new hobby I'd enjoy c:

I look forward towards meeting all of you! And again, if you are not a Chinese or Russian speaker, do not be afraid to talk with me. I am here to make friends as well with anyone from around the world.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

That it is, friend haha. But at least I know how to read people better and it helped me land jobs as far as interpersonal skills since I'm extremely introverted. I love the new career though, I get to help people in a different way.

Greetings! We have some things in common; I went to CSU and studied both engineering and philosophy (at two different times). Psychology is useless, unless the idea is to get a Masters in something related that is more marketable, or to go on to phD level and teach psychology.

I live in Bangkok now (no input on Chinese or Russian languages), but I was into Buddhism for awhile too. That interest was the reason I studied philosophy, or really Western philosophy, Eastern philosophy, and religion, three different things.

john_in_bkk that's awesome! How did you like CSU's program? I am going to go back for a degree in Computers at my university, and start from scratch. I got most of the filler shit for the degree out of the way, so all I really need is to take 8 classes to get another Bachelor's.

Anton240871 Hmm, I have no idea why it's doing that! Are you under 16 possibly? I allow people from all parts of the world contact me, but I do have an age limit (I guess it's arbitrary. I'm living with my gf so it's 0% for romantic interests, I just vibe with people closer to my age).
